COVID-19 Guidelines

We at Tisha's Bag would like to thank you all for your continued support through these difficult and unforeseen times. The protection and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. We are taking all necessary precautions on a daily basis to ensure health & safety for all and that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and seamless as possible.  

    • All staff are required to have their temperatures taken daily as well as thoroughly wash and sanitize their hands.
    • Staff must wear a mask and disposable gloves while preparing all packages.
    • Before all events, including appointments at the Tisha's Bag showroom, all materials and areas undergo an enhanced cleaning.
    • All events are fully equipped with required PPE tools.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Due to high volume across shipping couriers, you may experience shipping delays. We ask for your patience and understanding.

  • Track your order status with your order or tracking number 

Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. Thank you for your patience.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is and we are working to fulfill them as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you do have the option to return your items in accordance with our Return Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

  • How can I track my domestic shipping package?
Visit your respective carrier's website (i.e. USPS, FedEX, UPS, etc) and enter the tracking number that you received via your shipment confirmation email for all tracking updates.
  • I placed an order and never received a confirmation email, what do I do?

- If you do not receive an email from Tisha’s Bag within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Care team via the contact info tab.

 

  • I Placed An Order, But Don't See Any Movement From Tisha’s Bag. What's Going On?

- Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders leave our distribution center within 48 business hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In-transit times are separate from processing times and are subject to change during the holiday season.

- For orders containing multiple out-of-stock items, you will be refunded back to the original form of payment for those items (minus any applicable discount codes used on the order), allowing us to process and ship the rest of your order as quickly as possible!

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post back to your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

  • Why Was My Order Cancelled?

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

  1. The item(s) sold out.
  2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
  3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
    • If the billing address stated on the order does not match what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank directly to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

SHIPPING

Your items may take up to 1-2 business days for processing. Please allow up to  3-4 business days after processing for your items to ship.

RETURN POLICY

ALL TB VINTAGE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

TB COLLECTION ITEMS:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of your purchase. All item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect them and process your refund. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during your purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
